We can schedule additional site visits, and even determine layout efficiency and cost construction for each alternative.

4. Term Negotiation

Once we identify the sites you’d like to pursue, we’ll draft counter proposals and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. Keeping all economic and operational factors in mind, we’ll create a solution that benefits both you and the landlord, resulting in a lease agreement for you to sign.

5. Decision & Implementation

And here’s the fun part for you! With a final lease agreement in hand, we just need your John Hancock and everything is all set. We’ll help coordinate any architectural revisions or construction permitting needed, as well as a punchlist when you move in. We can also address any outstanding issues to ensure you are able to efficiently close out at your previous location.
