Mint & Serif, a friendly and family owned coffee shop in Lakewood first opened for business on Colfax and Simms in 2016. Since the beginning, they have been active participants in the Lakewood community- hosting monthly art shows, outdoor yoga classes, fundraisers, children's storytime, and more. CCP recently represented them with their new retail space at 7310 W. Colfax, just a few blocks from their original location.
