CCP recently facilitated the sale of a 262,700 SF industrial building in northeast Park Hill, Denver.  For decades the building was home to Colorado Container Corporation which manufactured and distributed corrugated cardboard boxes.  This building was the second sale of a larger industrial building portfolio along 42nd Avenue.  

Thomas Bannigan recently represented Lively Productions with their new lease of a 4,000 SF industrial building in Denver.  Lively Productions designs and constructs decor from backdrops, to centerpieces, to graphic design prints for any type of event, from private weddings to large corporate events.  (What a cool niche!)

CCP recently represented Platte River Networks (PRN) with the sale of their 12,000 SF office/warehouse building in Denver.  Platte River Networks provides IT Management Services for companies in Colorado.  With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and many employees working remotely, the company owners decided to downsize their "brick-and-mortar footprint." Matt Brower and the CCP team helped them to find a buyer and negotiate the terms of the contract. Instead of moving out upon closing, a leaseback was negotiated. PRN remains in a portion of the building and the buyer occupies the remainder.
