There is an increasing draw for many to work remotely from anywhere in the world now that remote work has become more accepted and more accessible. CCP has long embraced this practice and it has opened its doors to expand beyond the borders of Colorado and the US, itself.
CCP is now involved in real estate investments and development projects in the Azuero Peninsula region of Panama, a fast-growing area offering tourists and residents one of the best sport-fishing areas in the world, incredible surfing beaches, and a relaxed atmosphere in a tropical setting.
We are currently working in this region to help create a community that is focused on sustainable building practices and regenerative permaculture. There are two developments underway, with investment opportunities for anyone interested in learning more and/or becoming involved!
First, is the Serprana Retreat Center, an 8-acre site with close to 1,000 feet of beachfront near Pedasi, Panama. Serprana will consist of 12-14 casitas (with room to build more), a yoga/ceremony dome, full-service restaurant, pool, and expansive ocean views across the entire property.
The second development is a 12-acre site in Playa Venao, Panama, part of a gated community, that will have 10-12 beach homes, walkable access to two semi-private beaches overlooking Isla de Cañas, and incredible sunset views over the ocean!
We welcome you to check out the links above to learn more about getting involved in these remarkable opportunities!

The office park is perfect for client services because it is ADA compliant, has a beautiful courtyard, and plenty of parking. Leasing activity is picking up, in part, now that the renovations are almost finished. Contact Matt Weist for more information and to set up a tour!

Column Commercial Partners (CCP) recently represented Clove & Twine (www.cloveandtwine.com) with a new lease of 9,997 SF at York Street Yards. Clove & Twine is a premier distributor of remarkable branded goods to corporate America – offering companies a chance to gift their valued employees, clients, and partners with products and kits they truly value. The national company is rapidly growing; with seasonal/holiday high demands, so CCP had to factor these dynamics into the property search and negotiations. Therefore, we structured a lease agreement to include temporary space at no cost, to accommodate their growth while also allowing them to move into their permanent space after their busy season.
