David Ray of CCP recently assisted a multi-market client, Autism Living Experience (ALE), with a new location to serve their clients near Boise, ID; with the help of local broker, Lance Millington. After finding several space options that fit the requirements for ALE, David negotiated with the landlord to achieve the most favorable lease terms for our client. ALE ultimately leased 3,083 SF in Eagle, a town near Boise and they plan to move in right away to begin serving the local community very soon. Autism Living Experience is an organization that provides support services for young adults with Autism.
Matt Brower of CCP recently sold a 12,470 SF office condo in Denver's RiNo neighborhood. This large, yet also cozy modern-industrial space is part of the TAXI campus live-work development. The space has been owned by the same investor group since 2008 when the TAXI II development was completed. Once the Sellers decided to cash out on their investment, Matt and the CCP team were hired to market the asset for sale. They ultimately identified a Buyer and negotiated favorable deal terms, with the help of the Buyer's broker, Neil Macy.
With the onset of the pandemic, many companies have opted to implement a permanent remote-work strategy. BryterCX hired Matt Brower and Matt Weist to help sublease their space in the DTC. After aggressive marketing efforts, the CCP team was able to identify Rightway Healthcare, represented by Abby Pattillo of Colliers, as a subtenant and negotiated favorable transaction terms for the client. It's a win-win situation for both the sublandlord and subtenant!
Thomas Bannigan with CCP recently represented Indicate Capital, a real estate lending and investment company, with leasing out a flex property on Pecos, just south of I-70, in Denver. This is the second of two buildings on the half-acre lot that Indicate Capital manages and enlisted CCP to lease on their behalf. Both of the buildings have excellent street visibility, office interiors, separate garages, and a security gate. The company moving into the second building, at 4575-4577 Pecos, is Baja Ventures, which will be operating a nano brewery and homebrew supply store! A couple of months ago Cheftek signed a lease to rent the first building. The entire lot is now 100% leased!

CCP recently represented Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, (ACIS) with their new lease in Houston, Texas. This well-established company is growing in key markets across the country. Their new Houston location was part of a strategic growth plan for them as they are providing services for many new clients in the area. The company needed to find a space to service those clients very quickly and CCP was able to identify several options and get them moved into their new space in less than 30 days.
Column Commercial Partners recently helped Aurum, a home automation technology company with their new 8,860 SF lease in Denver. Their new space will be comprised of employee offices, a much-needed warehouse, and a showroom staged to showcase their products and services, including remote/app-controlled media/entertainment, communication, lighting, climate control, and security! CCP recently represented Jost Energy Law, a local woman-owned oil and gas law firm, whose team is dedicated to ensuring responsible energy development for the citizens of Colorado and the nation. In 2018, CCP helped Jost to sublease a temporary space at 555 17th Street, in the central business district of downtown. This year the company was ready to find a more permanent space to call home. However, with the uncertainty of the future, brought on by the pandemic, it was important to the client to have a well-priced, shorter term lease.
