CCP recently helped Hibiscus Processing Inc secure a new lease of 12,500 SF industrial space in Loveland.  Hibiscus Processing extracts and processes CBD for a multitude of other products.  Thomas Bannigan at CCP was able to help them find the right space for their scaling business and secure a five-year lease term for them. 

Tellus Core, Inc. is a company that produces hemp based products for therapeutic use to alleviate symptoms of a  variety of medical conditions.  CCP recently represented them with their new lease of 14,000 SF industrial space  in the Inverness Business Park.  Congratulations, Tellus Core!
