Column Commercial Partners recently helped Aurum, a home automation technology company with their new 8,860 SF lease in Denver.  Their new space will be comprised of employee offices, a much-needed warehouse, and a showroom staged to showcase their products and services, including remote/app-controlled media/entertainment, communication, lighting, climate control, and security!  Congratulations, Aurum, on the cool new digs, coming this summer!
