Factor Design Build, a local design, architectural, and construction company recently renovated an 8,289 SF property in Denver and enlisted Matt Weist of Column Commercial Partners to advertise the available spaces and manage leasing for the building. Aestousi, a personal fitness training company, recently leased one of the available spaces and will be opening for business this spring. The building has one space remaining which is 1,167 SF, with a reception area, office, plenty of natural light, and a kitchenette. Aspen Ridge Recovery, an outpatient program for the treatment of addiction, mental health, and trauma has just signed a long-term lease for 2,742 SF at the office park. The office park is perfect for client services because it is ADA compliant, has a beautiful courtyard, and plenty of parking. Thomas Bannigan with CCP recently represented Indicate Capital, a real estate lending and investment company, with leasing out a flex property on Pecos, just south of I-70, in Denver. This is the second of two buildings on the half-acre lot that Indicate Capital manages and enlisted CCP to lease on their behalf. Both of the buildings have excellent street visibility, office interiors, separate garages, and a security gate. The company moving into the second building, at 4575-4577 Pecos, is Baja Ventures, which will be operating a nano brewery and homebrew supply store! A couple of months ago Cheftek signed a lease to rent the first building. The entire lot is now 100% leased!
