A bakery just signed a new lease for 1,713 SF at the Edgewater Public Market, less than a half-mile from Sloan Lake.  Black Box Bakery, a relatively new business (opening in 2019), has been wowing people with its creativity and cosmonautic marketing theme.  Stryker Lewis/CCP helped them to find the ideal location for them in the Denver metro area and negotiated lease terms on their behalf.  The bakery's buildout will take a few months, but should be opening for business this winter! 

CCP recently represented a buyer (co-owner of Banner Signs and Decals), in the purchase of a flex property in Lakewood near Kipling and Colfax. Banner Signs and Decals was established in 1993 and has a longstanding reputation of providing Colorado businesses with expertly designed custom signage solutions and is quickly earning a reputation as one of the best in the nation with clients such as Chipotle, Noodles & Company, Google, and other sizable corporate clients. Owning this building, as opposed to leasing space, will provide BSD with new opportunities to excel with their customers.

CCP recently represented Indicate Capital with leasing their flex property on Pecos, just south of I-70.  The space has excellent visibility from Pecos, an office, and a separate garage behind the building. Restor Medical Spa offers a variety of skincare and skin rejuvenating treatments.  Their future digs at the LoHi Offices will have a modern architectural design and is scheduled to be completed in late 2019 or early 2020!
