The Cabinet Face is a locally owned woodworking company, founded in 2015.  The company specializes in making and installing custom facing for IKEA cabinet systems.  Matt Brower with CCP recently helped the company renew their lease on their 7,568 SF industrial workshop and warehouse in northeast Denver.  

The 49th in Denver, a restaurant specializing in Alaskan cuisine, draws its name from Alaska officially becoming a state in North America in 1959.  The owners of the restaurant were contemplating moving their existing restaurant or opening an additional location.  David Ray, of CCP,  was able to evaluate the real estate market and search for properties and provide them with pertinent information to aid in making a strategic decision that was inline with their business goals. 

David Ray, with CCP, recently represented Planetarie with their new lease of 6,600 SF in an industrial/flex space in Windsor, Colorado!  Planetarie is a company that makes and distributes CBDa products.  CBD-a, also known as cannabidiol-acid, is becoming more widely accepted/used as a safe and natural way to treat pain, anxiety, or seizures.  

Thomas Bannigan recently represented Lively Productions with their new lease of a 4,000 SF industrial building in Denver.  Lively Productions designs and constructs decor from backdrops, to centerpieces, to graphic design prints for any type of event, from private weddings to large corporate events.  (What a cool niche!)

Matt Weist of CCP recently represented Kulture Music Hall (KMH) with their new lease of over 11,000 SF for a new music venue in Denver.   Matt  Weist worked on behalf of KMH to find the appropriate location and negotiate terms to help them thrive in the space.  The music hall will be located in the lower level of the Ice House, which is a perfect location for the use!  The overall theme and operations of KMH will be centered around fostering peace, love, unity, and respect for all. The conjunction of the concept, location, and timing has the potential to create a truly thoughtful cultural shift in our local community!

CCP recently helped Hibiscus Processing Inc secure a new lease of 12,500 SF industrial space in Loveland.  Hibiscus Processing extracts and processes CBD for a multitude of other products.  Thomas Bannigan at CCP was able to help them find the right space for their scaling business and secure a five-year lease term for them. 

oVertone Haircare, Inc. is a fairly new company, but they have a cool story and have been wowing the industry since the beginning!  Two young women, Maegan Scarlett and Liora Dudar, co-founded the company in 2014 with a solution to their own frustrations with damaging hair coloring products.  Since their inception, the popularity of their products have grown very rapidly!  CCP initially helped oVertone negotiate their first lease, then their expansion, and now their lease renewal.  Brokers Matt Brower and Matt Weist worked to ensure oVertone received the best terms in Denver's current office market conditions.  CCP is honored to represent this local, women-founded company and always grateful to continue to provide tenant representation services.
