CCP recently represented Brightfin, an IT Expense Management company with a new sublease of over 8,000 SF at The Point at Inverness in Englewood, CO. After a roll-up of three companies by a Chicago-based private equity firm and a desire to implement a partial work-from-home strategy for their employees, the company needed to make swift decisions about their real estate. Matt Brower and Matt Weist helped identify the appropriate square footage and located several available options in the market. Brightfin ultimately chose to sublease a fully-furnished space from Accenture at The Point at Inverness in Denver's Southeast Suburban submarket.

CCP recently represented Platte River Networks (PRN) with the sale of their 12,000 SF office/warehouse building in Denver.  Platte River Networks provides IT Management Services for companies in Colorado.  With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and many employees working remotely, the company owners decided to downsize their "brick-and-mortar footprint." Matt Brower and the CCP team helped them to find a buyer and negotiate the terms of the contract. Instead of moving out upon closing, a leaseback was negotiated. PRN remains in a portion of the building and the buyer occupies the remainder.
