As the Office Park at Belmar South is nearing its complete renovation, CCP has been tasked with leasing the brand new office spaces owned by Indicate Capital, a firm that specializes in real estate lending and investments.  Aspen Ridge Recovery, an outpatient program for the treatment of addiction, mental health, and trauma has just signed a long-term lease for 2,742 SF at the office park.  The office park is perfect for client services because it is ADA compliant, has a beautiful courtyard, and plenty of parking. CBD, also known as cannabidiol, is becoming more widely accepted/used to treat pain, anxiety, or seizures. In this episode, Stacy Cason, Founder of Planetarie, explains what “CBDa” is, why it’s better than CBD, and the method Planetarie uses to obtain it from hemp plant! As a former anesthesiology nurse practitioner who was educated to treat pain with NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) or opioids, Stacy understands the dangerous side effects that they can produce. Clove & Twine has done it again! CCP helped them secure an additional 6,735 square feet within the building at York Street Yards, bringing their total footprint to 16,500 square feet at York Street Yards. This fall the additional space will be ready to accommodate business operations for Clove & Twine's busiest time of year!

With the help of Column Commercial Partners, Vertix Builders just purchased a building in the town of Firestone.  Vertix is a commercial builder that has an extensive portfolio of work you have probably seen all over the state, such as the Flight office building in RiNo or the new penguin exhibit at the main entrance to the Denver Zoo.   Their recent purchase of 178 1st Street in Firestone will serve as their office headquarters and additional warehouse space as business continues to grow, especially in the healthcare sector.    Matt Weist of CCP walked them through the buying process and advised them every step of the way.  We congratulate Vertix on their new digs!

CCP recently helped pair a Sublandlord and Subtenant at the Galleria Office Towers in Glendale. JEMSU (an SEO/digital advertising company), desired to work remotely and sublease out the remaining term on their lease of a 5,892 square foot office.  The space, the timing, rate, and location ended up being a great match for another tenant in the building that had an upcoming lease expiring and was evaluating their options.  With Matt Weist's extensive knowledge and experience in the Denver office market, he assisted with creating a sublease that best reflected the current market conditions. 

Matt Weist, of CCP, recently represented JOSH.ai with their new lease in downtown Denver. JOSH is a high-end home automation company that allows the homeowner to control their thermostat, security, lighting, and other features through voice commands or a smartphone! The company wanted to relocate downtown for their growing team and create a space to demonstrate their amazing products. Matt Weist and the CCP team were able to help them find the right location and strategically negotiate the appropriate terms of the lease on Josh's behalf. Congrats to JOSH!

Matt Brower, Managing Broker at Column Commercial Partners recently represented Riccardo Mazzeo with his purchase of the 8,000 SF industrial building at 255 Yuma Street, Denver, CO.  Riccardo owns Three Tomatoes Catering, which has been in business for more than 40 years!
