Stryker Lewis is a first-generation Denverite. Growing up in the Denver metro area, including Central Park, Hilltop, and DTC, Stryker combines his familiarity with the growth story of Denver and his fervor for helping clients find properties that will serve them and the community for years to come.
Stryker enters brokerage with a background in the finance industry, including real estate development and venture capital. As a venture analyst at Techstars, he learned the importance of diligence and communication while operating between investors and entrepreneurs. Serving as a development analyst at Sugar Hill Capital Partners in New York, Stryker developed an expertise in procuring and underwriting investments, leading to over $40 million in acquisitions over a three-month period.
With an emphasis on placing buyers and tenants in properties that are sustainably certified (LEED, WELL, Energy Star, and others), Stryker ensures clients can meet their ESG requirements while also staying within budget. By leveraging his network of owner-operators across the Colorado front range, he is able to uncover deals that wholly match his clients’ criteria.
