The 49th in Denver, a restaurant specializing in Alaskan cuisine, draws its name from Alaska officially becoming a state in North America in 1959.  The owners of the restaurant were contemplating moving their existing restaurant or opening an additional location.  David Ray, of CCP,  was able to evaluate the real estate market and search for properties and provide them with pertinent information to aid in making a strategic decision that was inline with their business goals. 

After careful consideration, they decided to secure a second location at the Shops at Riverbend in Littleton, CO.  David negotiated with the landlord to ensure that the new restaurant's interest were properly represented in their new lease.  The grand opening at the new location is scheduled for this summer!
