Matt Weist of CCP recently represented Kulture Music Hall (KMH) with their new lease of over 11,000 SF for a new music venue in Denver. Matt Weist worked on behalf of KMH to find the appropriate location and negotiate terms to help them thrive in the space. The music hall will be located in the lower level of the Ice House, which is a perfect location for the use! The overall theme and operations of KMH will be centered around fostering peace, love, unity, and respect for all.
