Factor Design Build, a local design, architectural, and construction company recently renovated an 8,289 SF property in Denver and enlisted Matt Weist of Column Commercial Partners to advertise the available spaces and manage leasing for the building. Aestousi, a personal fitness training company, recently leased one of the available spaces and will be opening for business this spring. Matt Weist of CCP recently represented Kulture Music Hall (KMH) with their new lease of over 11,000 SF for a new music venue in Denver. Matt Weist worked on behalf of KMH to find the appropriate location and negotiate terms to help them thrive in the space. The music hall will be located in the lower level of the Ice House, which is a perfect location for the use! The overall theme and operations of KMH will be centered around fostering peace, love, unity, and respect for all. The conjunction of the concept, location, and timing has the potential to create a truly thoughtful cultural shift in our local community!
As the Office Park at Belmar South is nearing its complete renovation, CCP has been tasked with leasing the brand new office spaces owned by Indicate Capital, a firm that specializes in real estate lending and investments. Aspen Ridge Recovery, an outpatient program for the treatment of addiction, mental health, and trauma has just signed a long-term lease for 2,742 SF at the office park. The office park is perfect for client services because it is ADA compliant, has a beautiful courtyard, and plenty of parking. Clove & Twine has done it again! CCP helped them secure an additional 6,735 square feet within the building at York Street Yards, bringing their total footprint to 16,500 square feet at York Street Yards. This fall the additional space will be ready to accommodate business operations for Clove & Twine's busiest time of year!
With the help of Column Commercial Partners, Vertix Builders just purchased a building in the town of Firestone. Vertix is a commercial builder that has an extensive portfolio of work you have probably seen all over the state, such as the Flight office building in RiNo or the new penguin exhibit at the main entrance to the Denver Zoo. Their recent purchase of 178 1st Street in Firestone will serve as their office headquarters and additional warehouse space as business continues to grow, especially in the healthcare sector. Matt Weist of CCP walked them through the buying process and advised them every step of the way. We congratulate Vertix on their new digs!
