Established and headquartered in Denver since 1995, 3i also has offices around the world in the United Kingdom and Germany. CCP recently represented 3i with their new lease and relocation to a 10,610 SF office/industrial space at the TAXI Campus-Flight Complex in RiNo. 3i has unique requirements that are currently being constructed including private offices, manufacturing and lab space. The CCP Denver real estate team has worked closely with Glen on commercial transactions for many years and this new partnership expands the company's ability to provide a cohesive service platform across multiple markets; and best practices that ultimately benefit clients and strategic partners. Mint & Serif, a friendly and family owned coffee shop in Lakewood first opened for business on Colfax and Simms in 2016. Since the beginning, they have been active participants in the Lakewood community- hosting monthly art shows, outdoor yoga classes, fundraisers, children's storytime, and more. CCP recently represented them with their new retail space at 7310 W. Colfax, just a few blocks from their original location. CCP, in partnership with CBIZ Gibraltar, recently assisted CBIZ with their lease at Metropoint I, 4600 S. Ulster Street in Denver. As CBIZ and their subsidiary companies continue to grow, they relocated to The Metropoint I Building and quickly took additional space (now totaling 28,000 SF) to accommodate new people joining their Denver team. Cresset Capital Management is a wealth management firm based in Chicago that was founded in 2017 and is rapidly growing in key markets throughout the US.
